MY PROFILE

I am a graduate from Nottingham Trent University studying Textile Design. Specialising in embroidery, I find joy in making tactile embroidery samples that have a keen sense of detailing, texture and colour.

My inspiration comes from the nature that surrounds me, I love to photograph and make art from walking in woodland areas and visiting beautiful botanical gardens.  

Through my textiles and artwork, I express a passion for drawing with a range of different mediums. Whilst drawing in the studio, I love to listen to indie/alternative music to encourage my creativity. I am a life long vegetarian and have a strong love for animals, I care greatly for the environment and animal welfare such as testing on animals. This has a large influence on the materials I use in my textiles and how they will impact the environment.
